Design and Build

The LRS+ showcases Magnepan's commitment to craftsmanship and innovation. Built around the principles of quasi-ribbon technology, its lightweight design ensures fast and accurate sound reproduction. The understated frame not only complements modern interiors but also optimizes the acoustic performance by allowing the speaker to interact naturally with the surrounding space. This combination of thoughtful design and advanced engineering ensures that the LRS+ delivers exceptional performance without compromising on aesthetics or space.

Performance

The LRS+ sets a high bar for compact speakers. Bass notes are tight and articulate, while the midrange is rich and balanced. The upper frequencies deliver clarity and airiness, particularly enhancing the textures of vocals and stringed instruments. When paired with a high-quality amplifier, the LRS+ uncovers subtle details in your all-time favorites, making every session a captivating experience. It's an ideal choice for those who value precision and musicality in their audio systems.

Magnepan LRS+ Quasi-Ribbon Technology

At the heart of the LRS+ is Magnepan's renowned quasi-ribbon technology. The ultra-light ribbon drivers move air with remarkable speed and accuracy, ensuring minimal distortion and a highly transparent sound. This approach provides audiophiles with a speaker that faithfully reproduces music exactly as it was recorded.

Black or Off White

The Magnepan LRS+ comes in black or off-white. Life is full of tough decisions. When in doubt, buy both.
