Perlisten R18is In Wall Subwoofer with Amplifier

The Perlisten R18is is an engineering statement, a subwoofer that obliterates the line between architectural audio and flagship performance. Designed for those who demand the ultimate in hidden bass, the R18is incorporates a monstrous 18-inch glass fiber woofer into an impossibly versatile in-wall design. It boasts increased power, excursion, and subsonic capability over its freestanding sibling, all driven by a formidable 1.5kW external DSP amplifier. Thanks to a proprietary vibration-isolating mounting system, the R18is delivers a truly reference-level experience whether installed in-wall, on-wall, or even in-room, representing the absolute pinnacle of integrated low-frequency reproduction.

Architectural Supremacy

Perlisten has achieved the impossible: a true, no-compromise 18-inch subwoofer that can vanish into your architecture. The genius of the R18is lies in its revolutionary vibration isolation system, which decouples the immense energy of the massive woofer from your home's structure. This allows you to experience the full, visceral impact of reference-level bass without fear of shaking the room apart. It solves the ultimate audio dilemma, delivering a flagship performance that is heard and felt with astonishing power, but never seen.

Subsonic Force, Surgical Control

The heart of the R18is is its immense 18-inch glass fiber driver, capable of a staggering +/- 31.9mm of linear excursion. This allows it to move massive amounts of air, producing true subsonic frequencies down to a seismic 14Hz. Harnessing this raw power is the external 1.5kW DSP amplifier. This intelligent unit uses a 48-bit data path to exert surgical control over the driver, ensuring that every ounce of force is translated into clean, articulate, and incredibly detailed bass, free from distortion and overhang.

The Brains Behind the Brawn

The R18is separates its immense power from its sophisticated controls. The sleek, rack-mountable DSP1500A amplifier can be located conveniently with your other equipment, offering access to its powerful tuning suite via a crystal-clear 2.8" touchscreen or an advanced smartphone app. With a 10-band parametric EQ for perfect room integration, multiple user presets, and a new digital input for the purest possible signal, you have a professional-grade command center to tailor the subwoofer's awe-inspiring performance perfectly to your system and space.
